We are looking for a skilled Technical Purchase Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence and innovation.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare and manage Profit &amp; Loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.</li><li>Conduct monthly and annual closing processes in compliance with statutory requirements.</li><li>Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance using Tally ERP.</li></ul>2. Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>File GST returns (monthly/quarterly/annual) and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws.</li><li>Prepare and file Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and handle related assessments or audits.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in tax laws and compliance requirements.</li></ul>3. Store &amp; Purchase Accounting<ul><li>Oversee accounting of store inventory and purchase transactions.</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement and store teams to ensure proper documentation and ledger entries.</li><li>Verify supplier bills, purchase orders, and stock movements for accuracy and reconciliation.</li></ul>4. Financial Analysis &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Perform financial analysis to support business decision-making.</li><li>Monitor budgets vs. actuals and assist in variance analysis.</li><li>Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.</li></ul>5. Audit &amp; Internal Controls<ul><li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.</li><li>Implement and monitor internal control systems to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.</li></ul>6. Team Leadership &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Supervise junior accountants and finance staff.</li><li>Liaise with other departments for smooth financial operations and reporting.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.</li><li>Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel; knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, inventory and purchase accounting.</li><li>Other Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Iyyappanthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Relevant: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
