<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting including vouchers, receipts, payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.</li><li>Manage accounts payable/receivable with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, and prepare project-wise expense reports.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) and coordinate with external auditors when required.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, leave records, employee files, and office documentation.</li><li>Support procurement by preparing purchase orders, tracking stock/material records, and coordinating with site staff and vendors.</li><li>Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, stationery, utilities, and general admin support.</li><li>Prepare reports, letters, and assist management with meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
