Roles and Responsibilities: -<ul><li>Patient Consultation: Conduct in-person and online consultations, assessing patient health, lifestyle, and medical history to create tailored naturopathic treatments.</li><li>Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans using natural therapies such as diet, herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, yoga, and stress management techniques.</li><li>Collaboration with Ayurveda Team: Work with Ayurveda doctors to integrate naturopathic treatments with Ayurvedic care for comprehensive patient outcomes.</li><li>Online Consultations &amp; Webinars: Lead and participate in online consultations and webinars to educate patients and the public about naturopathic health practices and wellness.</li><li>Patient Education: Provide guidance on preventive care, healthy living, and natural therapies, empowering patients to take charge of their health.</li><li>Therapies and Procedures: Administer natural treatments including hydrotherapy, fasting therapy, detoxification, and yoga therapy, as well as guide patients in the use of these therapies at home.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, progress, and follow-up plans, ensuring all online and in-person consultations are well documented.</li><li>Health Promotion: Organize and lead wellness seminars, workshops, and online sessions focused on naturopathy and holistic health topics.</li><li>Follow-up Care: Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring continuous improvement and health optimization.</li><li>Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to hospital standards, ethical practices, and confidentiality, both in-person and during virtual interactions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from a recognized institution.</li><li>Licensed or certified as a Naturopathic Doctor.</li><li>Experience in integrative medicine with a focus on naturopathy, preferably within an Ayurveda or holistic health setting.</li><li>Proficiency in conducting online consultations and delivering webinars on health topics.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Thataguni, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Clinical: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
