Key Responsibilities:1. Maintenance &amp; Operations:<ul><li>Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).</li><li>Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for electrical and mechanical equipment.</li><li>Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.</li></ul>2. Facility Management:<ul><li>Ensure the smooth functioning of building infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.</li><li>Monitor energy efficiency and suggest cost-effective solutions for energy conservation.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility upkeep and outsourced maintenance activities.</li><li>Implement safety and compliance measures in line with regulatory requirements.</li></ul>3. Civil &amp; Structural Maintenance:<ul><li>Oversee repair and maintenance of civil structures, plumbing, drainage, and roofing systems.</li><li>Supervise minor construction, renovation, and fit-out projects within the facility.</li><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, health, and safety regulations.</li></ul>4. Team &amp; Vendor Management:<ul><li>Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, assigning duties and evaluating performance.</li><li>Manage contracts, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely procurement of required materials.</li><li>Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs, inspections, and audits.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Safety:<ul><li>Ensure adherence to electrical safety codes, fire protection standards, and facility regulations.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and maintain emergency preparedness protocols.</li><li>Maintain records of inspections, permits, and compliance certifications.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Proven experience in MEP maintenance, civil works, and facility management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety.</li><li>Experience in handling preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting technical issues.</li><li>Ability to manage teams, coordinate with vendors, and oversee facility operations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li><li>Certification in Facility Management, Electrical Safety, or MEP Services is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy efficiency measures.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Konanakunte, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>relevant work: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
