Job Description - Sales manager &ndash; Real Estate - DubaiJob Responsibility<ul><li>Adopt suitable prospecting techniques to identify potential customer leads such as cold calling, pursuing leads generated through marketing efforts, review of market data etc.</li><li>Keep abreast with the market demands and consumer behaviour in Oman and/or target locations to optimize and where necessary change the sales approach.</li><li>Stay up to date with existing and new developments to ensure customer inquiries are addressed and handled in an efficient and satisfactory manner.</li><li>Participate in roadshows and other marketing/industry events to support sales efforts and generate new sales leads.</li><li>Respond to sales inquiries by potential customers and follow up on them to convert the leads into sales deals.</li><li>Lead the negotiations with the customers to ensure profitable deals are secured for the company</li><li>Maintain positive professional relationships with agents/brokers on behalf of the company to enhance selling efforts that will impact sales targets.</li><li>Maintain sales records in an up to date and organised manner.</li><li>Provide inputs to sales reports and prepare/deliver presentations as required.</li><li>Update personal Salesforce account daily.</li><li>Oblige to delegations given by management for roles and responsibilitiesKey Skills:Key Skills:</li><li>Communication skills written and verbal</li><li>Negotiation and hosting meetings</li><li>Cold Calls and Follow up</li><li>Cultural Needs and approachability</li></ul>This will be a full time position based in Dubai reporting directly to Company&rsquo;s Oman office and selling Oman properties for nationals in their countries and in Dubai.Target Industry: Real EstateGender: OpenExperience: 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate property salesJob Location: DubaiWorking Days: 6 daysQualification: GraduateNotice Period: Immediate to 30 daysJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED10,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Notice period ?(immediate/15 days/ 30 days )</li><li>Current salary ?</li><li>Salary expectation ?</li><li>Do you have experience in 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate property sales</li></ul>?
