Job Title: Export Documentation ExecutiveLocation:AhmedabadExperience: 1&ndash;2 Years in Export Division Qualification: GraduateSalary: 15k to18kMale candidates onlyAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Executive to manage and process all export-related documentation in compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and timely completion of export paperwork, coordinating effectively with logistics, finance, and clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, e-way bills, and other related forms.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all export documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with logistics partners, CHA, and freight forwarders for shipment formalities.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve documentation discrepancies.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in generating export MIS reports and maintaining export files.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with internal departments and clients for document approvals and updates.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline.</li></ul><ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in export documentation or export operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of export-related documents and procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and general computer operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in dealing with CHA, customs, or shipping lines.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.</li></ul>Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) will be an advantage.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current salary ?</li><li>Expected salary ?</li><li>Notice period ?(immediate/15 days/30 days)</li><li>Do you have experience in export documentation ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
