Job Description: Purchase ExecutiveLocation: Kadathur Pirivu, Kovilpalayam Experience: 3&ndash;4 Years Salary Range: &#8377;22,000 &ndash; &#8377;25,000 per monthRole Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and inventory-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and a good understanding of procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.</li><li>Create and process purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinate with the production and stores departments to understand material requirements.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.</li><li>Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payments.</li><li>Build and maintain healthy vendor relationships.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Commerce preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;4 years experience in purchase or procurement.</li><li>Good knowledge of vendor management and procurement practices.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work with MS Office / ERP software.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
