 with strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules and technical development. The role involves providing end-to-end production support, enhancements, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure stable and efficient financial operations.
 
 
 
 Technical &amp; Functional Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on experience with
 
 Oracle ERP R12 and above
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in
 
 PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Workflows, OA Framework (OAF)
 
 , and Shell scripting
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth functional knowledge of
 
 Oracle Financial modules
 
 :
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 -&gt; Accounts Payable (AP)
 
 
 -&gt; Accounts Receivable (AR)
 
 
 -&gt; General Ledger (GL)
 
 
 -&gt; Cash Management
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience developing and supporting:
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Finance interfaces
 
 
 Custom components and extensions
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of
 
 Cost Accounting
 
 and
 
 Oracle Projects (good to have)
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 8+ years
 
 of experience working with Oracle ERP across multiple Financial modules
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in:
 </li>
 <li>
 Production support and issue resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhancements and custom development in finance modules
 </li>
 <li>
 OA Framework and Workflow troubleshooting in production environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of finance business processes and end-to-end module flows
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide
 
 proactive 24&times;7 production support
 
 for Oracle ERP Finance applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve
 
 production issues and defects
 
 within SLA timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor scheduled jobs and concurrent programs; take corrective actions as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business users during
 
 period-end and financial closing activities
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain
 
 technical specifications
 
 based on business and functional requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and understand
 
 functional and non-functional requirements
 
 for enhancements
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform
 
 root cause analysis
 
 , debug code, and implement fixes as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate workload and priorities to ensure timely deployments
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and share
 
 weekly status reports
 
 with stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in
 
 priority bridge calls
 
 and provide timely resolution and updates
 </li>
