The role involves sourcing, negotiation, vendor development, and procurement of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and other goods/services required for pharma manufacturing and operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end procurement of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and consumables as per production requirements</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified vendors, ensuring quality and compliance with pharma standards</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors</li><li>Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for on-time delivery</li><li>Coordinate with production, QA, QC, warehouse, and accounts for smooth procurement and material flow</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, price lists, vendor performance, and inventory levels</li><li>Monitor lead times, stock levels, and plan reorders to avoid stockouts or overstocking</li><li>Ensure all purchases are compliant with GMP, regulatory, and internal SOPs</li><li>Handle documentation for audit and regulatory inspections (vendor approvals, COAs, etc.)</li><li>Work on ERP systems like SAP, Tally</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in pharma background preferred</li><li>0 to 3 years of experience in pharma procurement (RM/PM purchasing is a must)</li><li>Knowledge of GMP, pharma supply chain, and vendor qualification process</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
