1. Stock Transfer - responsible for PAN India stock transfer and ensure availability of product required at any location.2. Preparing quotation/PI (Proforma invoice) which includes Excel formatting, calculation of pricing &amp; margin as per direction of respective sales persons, &amp; updating pricing database.3. Case locking with vendors and opportunity filtration as per vendor.4. Follow up with other departments for Order Delivery.5. Negotiation with vendors &amp; capable to achieve the target set by reporting manager.6. Taking quotes from various vendors &amp; distributors for comparative study to finalize the best cost.7. Negotiate price, terms and conditions with suppliers.8. Tracking material status with the Disti &amp; vendors for timely delivery to client locations.9. Communicative with OEM, Disti &amp; Local vendors for arrangement of material.10. Sourcing new vendors for IT products.11.
