Job description

We are looking for a full-time, experienced SEO + Copywriting Specialist to join our team of Digital Marketing top performers. The level of expertise is expected to be at an intermediate level 4-6 years of experience in SEO and at least 2 years of SEO copywriting. This individual will work with a team of CX/project managers who will rely on you for a variety of client needs. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute all SEO audits, content strategies, client website optimization for SEO (both technical and content driven SEO), and SEO optimized content development.</li>
<li>Measure and report performance of all SEO campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Frequency varies by client.</li>
<li>Identify trends and insights and present recommendations for updated SEO strategies, as applicable.</li>
<li>Collaborates with CX and other SMEs/vendor partners to contribute to holistic client strategic recommendations.</li>
<li>Evaluate emerging technologies and bring forward thoughtful recommendations.</li>
<li>Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.</li></ul> 


Skills
<ul>
<li>Well spoken and able to easily articulate responses and recommendations both internally and to clients</li>
<li>Proficient in marketing research, AI best practices and statistical analysis</li>
<li>Ability to identify target audiences and write optimized copy matching user intent.</li>
<li>Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time</li>
<li>High attention to detail with good problem solving skills</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in WordPress (minimum of 2 years)</li>
<li>Strong (time efficient) research skills, including regularly following best practices for assuring AI tools don&rsquo;t send you in a bad direction</li>
<li>Resourcefulness, flexibility, and self motivation</li>
<li>Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience and the client&rsquo;s business goals&hellip;and to keep asking questions until you are positive your understanding aligns with clients/rest of SSDM team.</li>

<li>Strong writing skills</li>
<li>Proficient in typing (60 WPM)</li>

Experience
<ul>
<li>Experience working in Wrike PM software is a plus!</li>
<li>Proven working experience in search engine optimization and copywriting</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of website and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, etc.)</li>
<li>Demonstrable search engine optimized copywriting experience</li></ul>

Compensation &amp; Profit Sharing

SSDM offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - commensurate with experience. In addition, every team member receives annual profit sharing, beginning on your first day. You&rsquo;ll be 20% vested your first full year, increasing annually until fully vested at year five. Profit-sharing distributions are paid out in December as a lump sum&mdash;above and beyond your salary.
