Job Title: Senior Accountant &ndash; PlantLocation: Butibori Experience: 5&ndash;10 Years (Manufacturing/Plant Accounting) Department: Accounts &amp; FinanceKey Responsibilities:1. Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting&middot; Maintain books of accounts (Plant-level) in Tally/ERP/ PRIME9.&middot; Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.&middot; Ensure timely closing of accounts and reconciliation.&middot; Advance Tax marking/ salary disbursement.2. Costing &amp; Budget Control&middot; Monitor production costing, WIP, scrap, and material consumption.&middot; Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS reports.&middot; Coordinate with store, production, and planning teams to validate cost sheets.3. Payables &amp; Receivables Management&middot; Manage vendor bills, debit/credit notes, and payment schedules.&middot; Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.&middot; Monitor advances, freight, labour contractor payments, etc.4. Taxation &amp; Statutory Compliance&middot; Handle GST (Input/Output), TDS, e-Invoicing, and upto returns/ TDS return/ TCS return.&middot; Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors for books finalization.&middot; Maintain records for PF,PT, MCWF, ESIC, and other compliance requirements.5. Inventory &amp; Asset Management&middot; Reconcile RM, WIP, FG, and consumable stock with stores.&middot; Monitor fixed assets register and depreciation schedules.&middot; Conduct stock audits and support physical verification.6. Banking &amp; Cash Flow&middot; Manage plant-level petty cash and bank reconciliations/ RTGS processsing.&middot; Monitor fund requirements and coordinate with HO for payments.&middot; Prepare LC, bank guarantees, and project payment compliances if applicable.7. Internal Controls &amp; Documentation&middot; Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.&middot; Maintain vouchers, invoices, and statutory records.&middot; Support management in decision making through timely reports.Requirements:&middot; Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred&middot; Experience: 5&ndash;10 years in plant or manufacturing accounting&middot; Software: Tally ERP, Excel, GST portal&middot; Skills:o Strong knowledge of accounting standards &amp; GSTo Costing &amp; MIS expertiseo Team coordination with production &amp; purchase departmentso Accuracy, confidentiality, and time managementKey Competencies:&middot; Analytical thinking&middot; Leadership &amp; team supervision&middot; Problem-solving approach&middot; Compliance-oriented mindset&middot; Strong communicationJob Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
