The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling US-based customer support operations. The role involves managing shipment-related queries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring timely communication with logistics partners and clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails related to shipping queries.</li><li>Coordinate with US-based customers, courier partners, and internal teams.</li><li>Resolve issues related to delayed, misplaced, or damaged shipments.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.</li><li>Provide prompt and professional responses ensuring high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Track shipments and update customers proactively.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Only female candidates are eligible for this role.</li><li>Prior experience in US customer support process is mandatory.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Familiarity with shipping/logistics processes will be an added advantage.</li><li>Ability to work in a night shift environment.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary up to &#8377;35,000 in-hand</li><li>Night shift allowance (if applicable)</li><li>Cab facility provided both sides</li><li>Exposure to international work environment</li><li>Growth opportunities within the organization</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
