Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, negotiations, and maintaining inventory levels in line with organizational requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.</li><li>Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of procurement activities.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and stores for stock replenishment.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts and finance for payment processing and invoice reconciliation.</li><li>Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitive pricing and availability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.</li><li>Prepare reports on procurement, cost savings, and supplier performance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (2&ndash;5 years) in purchasing or procurement, preferably in [your industry].</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>CONTACT NUMBER:- 9041974195Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
