The Shared Services Specialist role supports on-site airport operations with simple financial operations, administrative assistance, and people-based initiatives! 
Job Duties May Include:<ul><li>
On-site administration of financial reporting software (i.e., My Inventory, Crunchtime, Lynx)</li><li>
Enter deposits, reconcile vouchers, balance cash daily for all operating units</li><li>
Setup and maintain contact information for airport vendors</li><li>
Receive, enter and track all invoices received</li><li>
Order office supplies and other supplies</li><li>
Collect cash deposits and vouchers from all operating units</li><li>
Prepare daily deposits for all operating units</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining functionality of safe(s)</li><li>
Distribute live paychecks, as needed</li><li>
Verify new employee identification for new hire process</li><li>
Signatory for SSP America at airport to setup new employee airport credentials, parking, etc. and retrieve upon termination</li><li>
Others tasks as assigned</li></ul> 
Other Skills and Requirements:<ul><li>
Cash deposit experience/Cash handling</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of administrative and/or financial experience</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)</li><li>
Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries a plus!</li></ul>

Our restaurant portfolio at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is comprised of many well known brands such as: Beechers, Peets Coffee, Ballard Brew Hall, Mi Casa Cantina, and many more. 
Here are a few things you can expect if you join our team as a Bartender: 
<ul><li>
Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner</li><li>
Use recipes and practice portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinks</li><li>
Input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest</li><li>
Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed</li><li>
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar at all times</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality</li>
Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests at all times

Skills and Other Requirements</h4><ul><li>
One year bartending experience required, including certification by state, federal, or local required training program.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.</li><li>
Verbal and written English language</li><li>
Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and take orders.</li><li>
Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand weights and measurements.</li><li>
Ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items.</li><li>
Ability to operate a keyboard &amp; point of sale procedures to pre-check and order &amp; close out a check.</li><li>
Ability to work and stand in confined spaces for long periods of time.</li></ul>
