Summary/Objective

The ERP &amp; Administrative IT Intern will support the IT team with ERP system maintenance, data management, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a highly analytical individual with strong aptitude and a foundational understanding of SQL who is looking to gain hands-on experience with business systems, data workflows, and reporting. 


Essential Functions
<ul><li> Assist with ERP system data entry, cleanup, and organization</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support report creation, modification, and data validation</li></ul>
<ul><li> Write and modify basic SQL queries for data extraction and troubleshooting</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assist with system integrations and data-related tasks as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li> Perform basic troubleshooting and support for ERP-related issues</li></ul>
<ul><li> Help document processes, workflows, and system changes</li></ul>
<ul><li> Provide general administrative and IT support as assigned</li></ul>

Entry Level Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul><li> Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li></ul>
<ul><li> Basic experience with SQL (queries, filtering, joins preferred)</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation)</li></ul>
<ul><li> Familiarity with ERP systems or databases is a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prior internship or technical experience preferred but not required</li></ul>
