Job Description:
Reporting to the Manger, IT Governance &amp; Architecture, the SAP Identity Governance &amp; Compliance Analyst is responsible for securing user access across SAP systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX, ICFR, and internal corporate policies. This role focuses on SAP access governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk management, SAP security controls, and supporting audits related to SAP environments.
This role is critical in preventing fraud, ensuring accurate financial reporting, enabling audit readiness, and maintaining secure user access across the organization.
The Day to Day:
SAP Security Administration &amp; Governance
<ul><li>Manage SAP user provisioning, role assignments, license impacts, and deprovisioning across SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, BDC, SAC).
</li><li>Support SAP authorization concepts aligned to least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC).
</li><li>Initiate quarterly User Access Reviews (UARs) for SAP and support business owners during access recertifications.
</li><li>Support role design and redesign initiatives for ongoing SAP projects and upgrades.
</li><li>Review high-risk access requests and escalate concerns to leadership when necessary.
</li></ul>Segregation of Duties &amp; Risk Management
<ul><li>Monitor, analyze, and remediate SoD violations using Soterion.
</li><li>Recommend role redesign, mitigating controls, and access adjustments to reduce SoD risk.
</li><li>Assist in maintaining rule sets, risk libraries, and mitigating control documentation.
</li><li>Conduct SAP access risk assessments and impact analysis for new roles and access requests.
</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Audit Support
<ul><li>Support internal and external audits (SOX, ICFR) by providing evidence and documentation.
</li><li>Track remediation efforts and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
</li></ul>Is This You?
Required
<ul><li>2&ndash;5+ years of experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC, Identity Governance, or IT compliance.
</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts (roles, profiles, catalogs)
</li><li>Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, ICFR).
</li><li>Experience analyzing and remediating Segregation of Duties issues.
</li><li>Strong documentation, analysis, and communication skills.
</li><li>Strong in English both written and verbal.
</li></ul>Preferred
<ul><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security.
</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes (P2P, O2C, FICO, MM, PM).
</li><li>Operational business background with desire for SAP security
</li><li>Mining industry experience is an asset.
</li><li>Experience with Soterion GRC is an asset.
</li><li>SharePoint and SharePoint Solutions and ITSM tools highly desired

Job Description:
The Projects group has responsibility for leading major capital projects including integrating previous studies into execution planning and beyond execution including construction and commissioning.
Location: First year based in SSR Denver office. Subsequent execution phase based in Nevada near site.
The Day to Day:
The Project Manager &ndash; Buffalo Valley has the responsibility and accountability for forming and leading the project including final feasibility study through engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, including:
<ul><li>Leading study team comprising SSR and consultant resources to complete a bankable feasibility study supporting a request for full funding.
</li><li>Working with stakeholders to develop contracting and execution strategy for the execution phase of the project.
</li><li>Manage the detail design phase of the project to complete designs to IFC and begin procurement of long-lead items
</li><li>Manage the execution phase of the project to handover to operations.
</li><li>Ensuring the project is executed to agreed budget, schedule and business expectations.
</li><li>Lead the development and maintenance of study and execution plans in compliance with SSRs standards, identify resource requirements, and coordinate input by various departments and external consultants as required.
</li><li>Maintain a consistently high-quality deliverable, in the form of study periodic reporting and study documents.
</li><li>Ensure SSR standard documents and processes are implemented and continuously used.
</li><li>Ensure alignment of study estimates and execution plans with expected commercial and contracting models.
</li><li>Comply with project development processes for project initiation, capital expenditure approvals, invoicing, and close-out.
</li><li>Ensure all SSR financial approval processes are followed.
</li></ul>Is this you?
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Project Management or demonstrated industry experience
</li><li>Minimum 6 years&rsquo; experience in two or more of the following areas: design, project development, project delivery, site operations/support (in mining and/or mineral processing);
</li><li>Project construction and commissioning field experience; previous work in Nevada will be a major advantage
</li><li>Experience with management and delivery of schedules, progress reports, budgets, and formulation of study reports
</li><li>Experience with JORC, NI-43-101 &amp; SK-1300 reporting requirements will be a major advantage.
</li><li>Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage collaboratively with stakeholders
</li><li>Lead the development of study reports and presentations on financial evaluations, risks, and opportunities
</li><li>High level of written and verbal communication skills.
</li><li>Experience within the resources sector, preferably in precious and base metals
</li></ul>For applicants residing in CO, the salary range for this role is from $175,000-$200,000. Benefits: 401(k); medical/dental/vision insurance; employee share purchase plan, PTO, STI and LTI.
