 Key Responsibilities

 Manage and follow up daily work notifications and work orders, providing planning and material support to field teams.

 Ensure accurate and timely data entry into digital maintenance and planning systems.

 Coordinate material requirement planning and stock follow-up with warehouse and supply teams.

 Required Knowledge &amp; Skills

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).

 Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance planning within industrial or process plants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems in process facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of maintenance strategies and spare parts management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with SAP PM and MM modules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

 Maintenance Reliability Senior Engineer
 
 to strengthen reliability engineering practices, enhance equipment availability, and ensure long-term asset integrity across our operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Provide reliability and engineering expertise to improve equipment availability and long-term asset performance.

 <li>
 Identify equipment-related issues and develop sustainable technical solutions, including cost, benefit, and risk evaluations.

 Contribute to the development and optimization of equipment-based maintenance strategies and spare parts programs.

 Design and implement condition monitoring and inspection programs for newly installed equipment and assess performance outcomes.

 Required Knowledge &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

 Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance and reliability roles within industrial facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of reliability methodologies such as RCA, RCM, and FMEA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience analyzing maintenance and failure data using SAP PM or similar CMMS platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis and thermal imaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with Power BI or similar data analytics tools is an advantage.

Maintenance Reliability Senior Engineer

 Lead, coordinate, and develop the surveying team, including training and capability building.

 Oversee and manage all field and office-based surveying, mapping, and measurement activities.

 Ensure preparation, review, and approval of mine layouts, infrastructure, haul roads, dump sites, and site development designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise the preparation, control, and submission of statutory maps and reports, including annual production maps and official submissions to authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage surveying support for mine planning, dewatering projects, rehabilitation works, and infrastructure applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and control boundary management for permits, licenses, EIA areas, and expropriation projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and validate volume, block ore, slope stability, and dump capacity calculations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the preparation and update of SEVESO maps, site traffic flow plans, security layouts, and infrastructure records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure surveying equipment maintenance, calibration, and data accuracy standards are maintained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor contractor progress, monthly reporting, and entitlement calculations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to Business Improvement (BI) initiatives and continuous improvement processes.
