If you have a passion for people, want to learn about our award-winning spirits, help tell our story and be part of a family owned company that cares about our community, we would love to meet you.Tasting/Retail Duties include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Offer a warm, open welcome to all our visitors</li><li>Be well-presented at all times</li><li>Build trusting relationships with customers</li><li>Prepare all tasting mixers and product for cocktail demonstration</li><li>Demonstrate live how to make our signature cocktails</li><li>Answer customers&rsquo; queries and concerns with strong product knowledge</li><li>Assess and identify customer interests and needs</li><li>Recommend merchandise based on the individual</li><li>Clean all equipment and utensils used for preparations.</li><li>Help reset the tasting station &amp; kitchen for the next group.</li><li>Follow and complete all tasks listed on check lists.</li><li>Help maintain an overall cleanliness of the facility.</li><li>Maintain in-stock, presentable conditions and assist displaying merchandise</li><li>Input simple data entry</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Aspires to be a part of a tight-knit team in a small, local business</li><li>Excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction</li><li>Stellar communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Working knowledge or willingness to learn about craft spirits, cocktails, and distillation process</li><li>Proficient in English; Bilingual is a plus</li><li>Able to stand for long periods of time</li><li>Able to lift 35 pounds or more</li><li>At least 21 years old</li><li>Have high school diploma or GED; a BS degree in Marketing, Education, or related field is a plus</li><li>Available weekends and holidays</li><li>Possess and maintain a valid Florida driver&rsquo;s license and any other endorsements necessary to legally operate vehicles</li><li>Has taken a tour of distillery</li></ul>Perks:Employee discount in Distillery Gift Shop, access to special releases, first-hand opportunity to learn about the art of making craft spirits, industry passes/discounts, and more.Medical, Dental, Life Insurance benefits available to Full Time employees after 30 days.
