<div><div><p>We&rsquo;re recruiting for a data focused professional to support the foundations the team in quality business intelligence and reporting.</p>
<p>This role is centred on data infrastructure, data warehousing, and data accuracy, ensuring that BI Analysts are fully supported with reliable, well structured data to develop reporting and insights.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Implementation of data flows to connect systems using ETL technologies</li>
<li>Preparation of data for analytical, business intelligence, and operational use</li>
<li>Maintaining databases and providing technical support for existing data structures</li>
<li>Creation and upkeep of company wide data assets</li>
<li>Supporting the development of a holistic database aligned to the wider data warehouse strategy</li>
<li>Producing and reviewing technical design documentation to support accurate reporting solutions</li>
<li>Working collaboratively with the data team to improve analytics and support business decision-making</li>
</ul><p><b>About You</b></p>
<ul><li>Understanding of data warehouses and data lakes</li>
<li>Experience with SQL Server development</li>
<li>Experience with programming/coding
</li><li>Business intelligence development experience</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and data correlation skills</li>
<li>Ability to assess end-user needs and adapt to changing priorities</li>
<li>Strong communication, collaboration, and consulting skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines</li>
<li>Critical thinking capability</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</li>
<li>Self starter mindset with a focus on continuous learning and knowledge sharing</li>
