St. Camillus

Position Overview
<br>Responsible for the planning and performing of journey-level work in buildings including installing and repairing structures, walls, ceilings, millwork, cabinets, fixtures, furniture, doors and related hardware. Will assist other Environmental Services Departments when assigned or called upon.
<br><br>
Qualifications & Job Standards
<br><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Completion of Carpenter apprenticeship or accredited trade school.</li>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years' experience in construction.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical ability and aptitude. In-depth knowledge of various construction methods and maintenance principles and procedures.</li>
<li>Journey level experience in rough and finish Carpentry.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to weld and cut metals.</li>
<li>Responds diligently as well as efficiently with tasks and is accountable for work performed.</li>
