<div>We&rsquo;re hiring a Human Resources Manager to support the day-to-day people operations that help keep St. Cloud Orthopedics running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being in the details&mdash;supporting employees and leaders, managing key HR processes and compliance, while helping to deliver a positive, consistent employee experience across the organization.
At St. Cloud Orthopedics, we&rsquo;ve been delivering trusted, independent orthopedic care to Central Minnesota for over 70 years. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, and creating a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and set up for success.
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who will:<ul><li>
Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles</li><li>
Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and HR operations</li><li>
Partner with leaders on employee relations, coaching, and performance support</li><li>
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices</li><li>
Help improve engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience</li><li>
Support key organizational initiatives, including onboarding, reporting, and process improvements</li></ul>
What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>
5+ years of progressive HR experience</li><li>
Strong background in benefits, employee relations, and compliance</li><li>
Experience with recruiting and onboarding</li><li>
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting</li><li>
HRIS experience (Paycom preferred)</li></ul>
