<div>Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for efficiency, organization and process improvement to join our Human Resources team. 
As a Human Resources Rep you will be responsible for HR activities supporting the areas of recruitment, onboarding and as well as general human resources support. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources including talent acquisition and onboarding experience. This person can work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR processes and operations, contributing to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and organization. The Human Resources Representative will have access to outstanding mentors and opportunities for growth. 
Human Resources Representative Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Administer, coordinate and support all phases of the recruitment functions</li><li>
Manage and coordinate onboarding of new employees</li><li>
Provide advanced administrative support including complying data and maintaining HR related metrics</li><li>
Assist and provide support to our various employee leave programs</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation</li><li>
Provides exceptional service to both internal and external customers</li><li>
Assist with special projects as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements:

 Education &amp; Licensure:<ul><li>
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, two to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent preferred</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
Minimum one to three years of experience performing similar responsibilities with an emphasis on talent acquisition and leave management</li><li>
Prior experience with HRIS and Application Tracking systems helpful but not required</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>
Excellent oral and written communication and public speaking skills</li><li>
Proven strategic, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking skills; resulting in values-based decisions</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills; role model in behavior</li><li>
Ability to effectively lead and present to a diverse audience as well as influence others and lead change</li><li>
Self-motivated, able to take initiative, achieve results, and analyze outcomes</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office suite and HR software systems</li><li>
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidential information</li><li>
Ability to work independently</li><li>
Ability to work on multiple task/projects simultaneously to maintain deadlines.</li></ul>
