This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, can adapt quickly, and are committed to maintaining a positive and structured learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Deliver lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher or division head.</li><li>
Maintain classroom routines and expectations.</li><li>
Supervise students in the classroom, during transitions, and at recess or lunch as needed.</li><li>
Communicate any concerns or incidents to the appropriate staff.</li><li>
Support the mission and values of St. David&rsquo;s School in all interactions.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.</li><li>
Prior experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus.</li><li>
Strong communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different classroom environments.</li><li>
Commitment to Christian education and values.</li><li>
Sub applicants must provide two Letters of reference and a current resume</li></ul>
