What YOU will do
<ul>
<li>Focal point for customer communications for all aspects of Quality on the assigned program.</li>
<li>Lead issue resolution for all Quality Assurance areas of the program.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross functional team reviews of potential defects to determine whether product is conforming with applicable specifications. If product is nonconforming, lead root cause analysis and action plan development and ensure corrective and preventive actions taken are implemented and effective.</li>
<li>Evaluate, design, develop and/or modify processes that produce conforming and compliant parts.</li>
<li>In coordination with program, engineering, and operations teams, be responsive to customer inquiries within a very limited timeframe to ensure product is properly dispositioned and work continues to progress through successful delivery to the customer.</li>
<li>Eliminate process variation and product defects through creative solutions.</li>
<li>Capture and analyze data to find trends. Use the data to drive decisions.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate and present to all levels of personnel from operators to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance on-time, quality delivery of product.</li>
<li>Review and approve Customer Quality requirements and flow to Production Team.</li>
<li>Participate in MRAS Change Control Boards for all design and engineering changes.</li>
<li>Work with Program Managers by supporting weekly internal Program meetings, customer Quality calls, and periodic in-person customer meetings.</li>
<li>Support all material certification efforts and coordinates conformity acceptance by the customer and FAA as required.</li></ul> 


What YOU must bring to Succeed
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 1 year of experience in Production Quality is required.</li>
<li>This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A &lsquo;U.S. Person,&rsquo; as defined by 22 C.F.R. &sect;120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization. If hired, you will be required to provide valid proof of such status.</li></ul>

Estimate salary range for this role: $63,500 to $93,000 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates&rsquo; key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.

As the Facility Operations Specialist, you will work with the Facilities team assisting with data analysis, budget monitoring, contractor management, energy management, maintenance and construction oversight, preventive maintenance and facilities planning.

At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company&rsquo;s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it&rsquo;s materials and processing expertise. 


What YOU will do:

<li>Ensure facility operations and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety standards.</li>
<li>Oversee maintenance and construction activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget parameters.</li>
<li>Drive Sustainability and energy efficiency in repairs and new construction projects.</li>
<li>Analyze data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.</li>
<li>Track cost of utilities and drive data analytics with a goal of consistent reporting and a target reduction strategy.</li>
<li>Implement preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.</li>
<li>Monitor work performed by vendors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to job specifications while driving workplace safety. Assure contractors implement daily and post-task cleanup. Drive standards that demand all waste be disposed of properly.</li>
<li>Assist with the development and daily monitoring of a Facility dashboard showing KPI targets and trends.</li>
<li>Analyze space utilization to ensure efficiency and oversee energy management systems.</li></ul> 


What YOU must bring to Succeed:

The candidate must have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in fields such Civil Engineering, Business administration, and other related discipline with minimum of 2 years of experience in Facilities Operations, Facilities Maintenance, or property management experience.
<ul>
<li>In lieu of bachelor&rsquo;s degree, candidates must have an associate&rsquo;s degree in a related field, combined with a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry work experience in Facilities Operations, Facility Maintenance, or property management experience or High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry work experience in Facilities Operations, Facility Maintenance, or property management experience.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis functions are required.</li>
<li>This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. Additional Preferred Qualification:

<li>MS in Engineering Management</li>
<li>Commercial HVAC certification.</li>
<li>Experience managing large scale commercial facilities.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, basic electrical systems, and basic pumping operations.</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement experience</li></ul>
