Base pay plus tips after training.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards</li><li>Engage with members in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times</li><li>Manage POS system for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed</li><li>Follow all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices, including checking IDs for legal drinking age</li><li>Collaborate with team members during events such as banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service</li><li>Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage members warmly and professionally</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and the bar efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly in hospitality or food service environments is essential</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about creating an atmospheres where members and their guests feel welcomed and valued!
