The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop strong language skills, foster creativity, and cultivate a love for literature and communication.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards.</li><li>Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and literature.</li><li>Assess and evaluate students&rsquo; progress through assignments, tests, and projects.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve academic goals.</li><li>Organize debates, elocution, and literary activities to enhance communication skills.</li><li>Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to design innovative teaching strategies.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in English Literature or Education.</li><li>B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.</li><li>Strong command of spoken and written English.</li><li>Prior teaching experience is an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Creative and student-centered teaching approach.</li><li>Ability to integrate technology into lessons.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and adaptability.</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Location: ST.
