The Program Manager position is a comprehensive role that demands a blend of operational management, staff supervision, fiscal oversight, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The Program Manager functions as a member of the Crisis Management Team and is involved in the operations of the Crisis Receiving Center and Crisis Stabilization Unit. This position requires a great deal of operational acumen, leadership, and a strong commitment to the mission and values of St. Joseph&rsquo;s Villa.</div>
Responsibilities:

Staffing and Scheduling:</b> Ensures adequate clinical and nursing coverage 24/7, manages shift schedules.</li><li><b>
Meetings and Coordination:</b> Participates in and prepares for various team meetings; coordinates transportation needs; assists with client admissions and discharges.</li><li><b>
On-Call Support:</b> Provides regular on-call support for the program.</li><li><b>

Budget Management:</b> Maintains client population levels within budgeted capacity; explores solutions to operational barriers.</li><li><b>

Crisis Services Program Manager

Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Clinical Director of Education Services is responsible for the clinical oversight of St. Joseph&rsquo;s Villa&rsquo;s educational programs.</div><div>
In collaboration with the Director of Education and within a systems-based framework, this role ensures adherence to the highest professional ethical standards and alignment with St. Joseph&rsquo;s Villa&rsquo;s mission, values, and guiding principles. The Clinical Director identifies and implements clinical models and services within the Villa&rsquo;s schools and provides direct oversight of all educational clinicians, including BCBAs, clinicians, speech-language pathologists, registered behavior technicians (RBTs), behavior specialists, and behavior interventionists. This role co-leads the Villa Education Center and Dooley School with the Director of Education.</div><div>
The Clinical Director guides clinical work in a team-based environment, establishes and maintains relationships with community resources, and serves as an advocate for students and the Villa in the community.</div>
Responsibilities:

Leads the clinical direction of Education Services, ensuring efficacy and fidelity of service delivery grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis, psycho-educational frameworks, and other appropriate models.</div></li><li><div>
Conducts fidelity checks, collects and analyzes data, and performs regular programmatic observation.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborates with the Director of Education to recommend changes to operational direction, treatment approaches, health and safety standards, and overall service vision.</div></li><li><div>
Establishes and enforces standards for quality of care and evaluates staff performance to ensure appropriate accountability.</div></li><li><div>
Identifies and evaluates methods for tracking student progress&mdash;academic, behavioral, social, and emotional&mdash;within approved clinical models.</div></li><li><div>
Develops, implements, and monitors student data collection procedures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and ethical standards.</div></li><li><div>
Leads and debriefs clinical emergencies and ensures appropriate intervention and reporting (e.g., CPS/APS, hospitalization, high-risk behaviors).</div></li><li><div>
In conjunction with the Director of Education, approves recommendations for student admissions and discharges based on clinical and educational fit.</div></li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Clinical Integrity &amp; Oversight</b></h2><ul><li><div>
Evaluates work processes, staffing levels, staff qualifications, training needs, and available resources for continuous quality improvement.</div></li><li><div>

Advises school teams on treatment issues, including potential direct clinical intervention.</div></li><li><div>

Supervision &amp; Training</b></h2><ul><li><div>
Supervises clinical staff and provides recommendations for hiring, training, scheduling, discipline, promotion, and termination.</div></li><li><div>
Implements and monitors a comprehensive supervision framework for licensed and license-eligible professionals, interns, and practicum students.</div></li><li><div>
Develops and facilitates in-service trainings to strengthen staff competencies in clinical, ABA, and therapeutic practices.</div></li><li><div>

Regulatory Compliance</b></h2><ul><li><div>
Supports licensing, certification, and accreditation processes by ensuring accurate documentation and consistent monitoring.</div></li><li><div>

Authorizes the use of clinical assessment tools for Education Services.</div></li><li><div>

Promotes staff development through training that meets mandated standards, builds clinical skillsets, and supports career advancement.</div></li><li><div>
Represents the Villa in community initiatives and collaborates with agencies supporting student needs.</div></li><li><div>

Qualifications:

Master&rsquo;s degree in a human services-related field.</div></li><li><div>
