Here at St. Luke&rsquo;s Preschool, we are seeking an experienced preschool teacher to join our team! You will be working and teaching 2-3 year old's. You will be a part of a team who thrives on communication and helping children learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment. If you are passionate about working with infants &amp; toddlers, this is the center for you!Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ability to multitask.</li><li>Able to engage children in meaningful learning activities.</li><li>Assist children with developing social and emotional skills.</li><li>Able to establish strong relationships with children and their families.</li><li>Reliable, flexible and strong communication skills are a must.</li><li>Able to create and have ideas come to life.</li><li>Assess students&rsquo; skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones.</li><li>Must be able to work with a wide variety of parenting styles.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or AA degree is desired but not required.</li><li>12 ECE units, (331, 1A, 1B) &ndash; must also have infant toddler units.</li><li>Must have or complete CPR, Mandated reporter certificate, and Pesticide certificate upon hiring date.</li><li>Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
