What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Maintain strict confidentiality and consistently follow all safety, PPE, and hazardous-waste handling protocols.</li><li>
Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established cleaning and safety procedures.</li><li>
Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal, and window cleaning.</li><li>
Clean and maintain floors and carpets facility-wide, including sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, extracting, and shampooing as needed.</li><li>
Support overall facility upkeep by maintaining tidy common areas and reporting repair or maintenance needs to the Manager.</li><li>
Participate in cross-training across all Environmental Services (EVS) functions, including resident apartments, healthcare areas, and floor maintenance.</li></ul>
What You'll Need:<ul><li>
1+ year of housekeeping experience (required).</li><li>
Must be 18 years of age or older (required).</li><li>
Able to stand, walk, lift to 35 pounds, and perform basic physical tasks (required).</li><li>
Ability to work well with others, being courteous and considerate when interacting with Residents, team members, and visitors.</li></ul>

 Maintain the facility&rsquo;s grounds by mowing lawns, trimming, edging walkways, and pruning trees and shrubs&nbsp;

 Rake leaves, remove litter, plant and water greenery, and repair or paint outdoor structures such as fences and walkways
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Clean drainage areas, sharpen landscaping tools, and perform minor equipment repairs

 Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety standards

 Create and maintain a clean, welcoming outdoor environment for residents and visitors
