Prime Healthcare is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to join the medical staff at St. Mary&rsquo;s General Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey. Responsibilities:<br>

Diagnose and manage a broad range of urologic conditions, including:<br>
</li><li><ul><li>
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)</li><li>
Nephrolithiasis (kidney stones)</li><li>
Urinary tract disorders</li><li>
Urologic malignancies</li><li>
Male reproductive and sexual health conditions</li></ul></li><li>
</li><li>
Perform urologic procedures and surgeries consistent with training, experience, and granted privileges</li><li>
Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient follow-up care</li><li>
Participate in shared call coverage per department policy</li><li>
Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, hospitalists, emergency medicine, oncology, and ancillary services</li><li>
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation within the electronic medical record</li><li>
Adhere to Prime Healthcare policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and patient safety programs</li></ul>
Qualifications:<br>

MD or DO from an accredited medical school</li><li>
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency</li><li>
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology (American Board of Urology)</li><li>

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $425,000 to $475,000 on an annualized basis. <b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
<b>SOCIAL SERVICES II:</b> To provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling for Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Older Adults and their significant others to cope with a multiplicity of social and emotional problems; information and referral; referrals for financial assistance and supportive services to patients and families with problems that are related to hospitalization, illness, disability or trauma. To provide case management & milieu management, complete psychosocial assessments, assist in the development and re-evaluation of Treatment Plans and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and to coordinate discharge planning. Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical record for each client during his/her length of stay.

1. Master’s Degree in Social Work related field OR
<br>2. Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
<br>3. In states without required licensure, then current registration with State Board is required within 3 months of hire. In states with required licensure, license required at time of hire and must be maintained.
<br>4. Minimum one (1) year hospital or Outpatient experience with emphasis in mental health care.
<br>5. Experience in working with a diverse population with a wide range of problems (i.e., death and dying, maternal and child care, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.).
<br>6. Current state license required upon hire and maintain current (LSW or higher required)

1. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current preferred.

Responsibilities: FOR INTEGRATED CASE MANAGEMENT, POWER, AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES: Provides community-based mental health case management. Degree and scope of service intervention vary based on program as well as the changing needs of the individual. FOR ADOLESCENT PARTIAL CARE, ADOLESCENT RESIDENCE, AND ADULT PARTIAL CARE: Responsible for assisting in assessing client progress, planning treatment interventions and documentation of therapeutic activities. Assists in engaging, supporting and counseling clients in partial care groups and individual therapeutic interventions. Participates in treatment team planning and review, maintains continuity of care between community educators and treatment providers as well as the program. Bachelor's in social work, psychology, rehabilitation or a related field.</li><li>

Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) within 6 months of hire and maintain current.</li><li>
