Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach English to Senior Secondary classes (XI&ndash;XII) as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.</li><li>Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.</li><li>Develop students&rsquo; skills in reading, writing, speaking, and literature analysis.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and examinations.</li><li>Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.</li><li>Organize debates, elocution, drama, and literary activities.</li><li>Prepare students for board examinations with proper guidance and revision.</li><li>Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings.</li><li>Maintain academic records and submit reports on time.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in English (M.A. English).</li><li>B.Ed. degree (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of teaching experience in Senior Secondary classes preferred.</li><li>Strong command over spoken and written English.</li><li>Good communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
