</div><div><p>We are expanding our technical sales team and looking for experienced and motivated Sales Engineers to drive the promotion and sales of Altair HyperWorks CAE software solutions.<br>
This role is ideal for candidates who combine technical engineering knowledge with proven experience in B2B software sales, and who are passionate about helping engineering teams solve real-world challenges through simulation and digital transformation technologies.
</p>
<ul><li>Promote and sell Altair HyperWorks simulation and engineering software solutions to new and existing clients
</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct regular customer visits (both in and out of town) &ndash; approximately 75% of the role involves field activities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate closely with technical teams for presales activities such as product demonstrations and benchmark projects</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships</li></ul>
<ul><li>Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings</li></ul>
<ul><li>Deliver presentations tailored to customer needs and industry applications</li></ul><br>

<div><div>Qualifications:
</div>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, or a related Engineering discipline</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales of CAD, CAE, PLM software solutions</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken)</li></ul>
<ul><li>No travel restrictions; willingness to travel frequently</li></ul>
<ul><li>Holds a valid driver&rsquo;s license and is comfortable with active driving</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in English (a must for this role)</li></ul>
