We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Technician/Aide to join our outpatient medical and physical therapy practice in the area of Baltimore, MD. This is an ideal role for someone who:<ul><li>Loves talking to people and helping people feel welcome</li><li>Takes initiative and has a willingness to learn</li><li>Enjoys interacting with diverse groups of people</li><li>Has excellent communication skills and an upbeat personality</li><li>Has experience working with patients in a medical setting</li><li>Spanish speaking is plus and must own a vehicle for transportation to and from the clinic location.</li></ul>Job Description:<ul><li>Assist clinicians with set up of patient exercises</li><li>Monitor treatment under direct supervision of licensed PT</li><li>Set up patients with hot/cold packs and other physical therapy equipment</li><li>Maintain appropriate supply of inventory on a daily basis</li><li>Clean and sterilize physical therapy equipment in accordance with clinics standards</li><li>Enthusiastically engage with patients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and comfort</li><li>Participate in any other projects as directed by the clinician staff</li></ul>Benefits and Schedule:<ul><li>$17 Per Hour</li><li>Health Benefit Plans</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>401(k) Retirement Program</li><li>Schedule is Monday - Thursday; 1 PM - 7 PM and Fridays 9 AM - 5 PM, each week.</li></ul>A medical background is preferred; however, you will receive on the job training.
