We are currently seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Legal Assistant / Post-Closer to become part of a true team environment in our highly recognized Real Estate Law office located in Shrewsbury, MA.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Will participate in all aspects of the real estate practice area</li><li>Assist in Post closing duties</li><li>Order and review all necessary documents for purchase/sale files</li><li>Review, prepare, and manage all closing documents</li><li>Prepare Closing Protection Letters, Title Commitments</li><li>Manage any issues to clear titles for closing</li><li>Trid Regulations</li><li>Deal directly with seller attys, mortgage and real estate brokers, buyers and sellers</li><li>Prepare Closings Disclosures, ALTA forms and HUDS</li><li>Efiling</li><li>Disbursements</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Office experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of title commitments and closing process</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills</li><li>Self-motivated and a team player</li><li>QuickBooks knowledge a plus</li><li>E-Closings is a plus</li><li>Willing to do some training</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
