<div>As an Electronic Health Record Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and supporting end-users in utilizing our EHR system, Epic. You will serve as a subject matter expert to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure the efficient and effective use of the EHR system and other related applications, and other duties as assigned.</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Assist staff in effectively using Epic EHR through real-time, hands-on support.</li>
<li>Assist users with EHR workflows, navigation, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions and contribute to the development of training materials to support end-users in effectively utilizing the EHR system.</li>
<li>Escalate complex system issues appropriately and follow through to resolution.</li>
<li>Utilize and maintain the ticketing system to track and document support calls.</li>
<li>Assist with general IT functions to support the overall operations of the department.</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>EHR proficiency<i> (Required)</i>
</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or other equivalent work experience) <i>(Preferred)</i>
</li><li>Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and interact effectively with end users.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to audiences with various levels of computer knowledge.</li>
<li>Professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
