This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the summer months while honing your early childhood education skills.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging, age-appropriate curriculum plans that support and develop the whole child.</li><li>Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and respectful behavior.</li><li>Work closely with children to support their social-emotional growth, behavior management, and overall well-being through personalized attention and guidance.</li><li>Facilitate activities that promote motor skills development, early literacy skills, and cognitive growth tailored for preschool-aged children.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's activities, progress, and milestones.</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; classroom experience preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies.</li><li>Ability to manage a classroom confidently while fostering a safe and nurturing atmosphere for toddlers and preschoolers.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to child safety and welfare.</li></ul>Pay: $12.50 per hourWork Location: In person
