Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fully Qualified Preschool Teacher with a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units to join our extended care team from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. In this vital role, you will create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes early childhood development and learning. Your expertise will support children&rsquo;s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth while ensuring a safe and positive classroom atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young children&rsquo;s lives during their crucial developmental years.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning.</li><li>Provide attentive care and classroom management to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children ages 2-6.</li><li>Manage classroom activities, behavior management techniques, and lesson planning to promote active engagement and positive conduct</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, , and classroom management techniques.</li><li>Experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including toddlers and children with special needs.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners while maintaining a positive classroom environment.</li><li>Familiarity with early intervention practices and behavior management strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of childcare regulations, childhood education standards, and best practices in preschool education.
