Located in Jumeirah 3 inside the Beach Walk Hotel, we are currently in our Soft Launch phase and looking to build a strong foundational team before the main launch.The Role We are looking for a Kitchen In Charge who can start immediately. You are not a &quot;clipboard manager&quot; who stands back and points fingers. You are a leader who leads from the front, handles the rush, and sets the pace for the team.What You Will Do:<ul><li>Lead the Kitchen: Manage daily operations during our soft launch. We need someone ready to hit the ground running on day one.</li><li>Be Hands-On: You will be cooking. We need someone with excellent grill skills who understands the art of a perfect smash burger (crust, seasoning, texture).</li><li>Master Compliance: Take full ownership of Dubai Municipality regulations, HACCP standards, and hygiene. We require a spotless kitchen and zero worries regarding inspections.</li><li>Stock &amp; Inventory: Actively manage stock levels, minimize waste, and handle ordering.</li><li>Hotel Service: Oversee the execution of the breakfast and hotel guest menus with the same quality as our burgers.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Ready Now: You are currently in Dubai and available to join</li><li>Experienced: You have proven experience running a grill section and managing a kitchen team.</li><li>A &quot;Doer&quot;: You are active and energetic. We are obsessed with details&mdash;from the sear on the beef to the way the burger is presented on the tray.We are in Soft Launch, preparing for a massive main launch. We need a team that moves fast and works hard.The Role: The Link Between Kitchen &amp; Customer You are the engine of the dining room. Your job is to ensure that when the kitchen bell rings, the food is at the table in seconds. You are the support system for the Waiters and Cashiers.What You Will Do:<ul><li>Run Food (The Priority): Hot food flies. You ensure burgers and fries reach the guest immediately and look perfect (no spilled toppings, no messy trays).</li><li>Table Turnaround: As soon as a guest leaves, you clear, clean, and reset the table instantly so the next guest can sit.</li><li>Support the Team: If the Waiter is taking an order, you top up water, bring napkins, and refill sauces. If the Cashier is busy, you help pack takeout orders.</li><li>Stock Maintenance: Ensure the service stations (cutlery, napkins, condiments) are always full.</li><li>Hotel Guests: Deliver orders to hotel guests in the breakfast area with professional polish.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Fast &amp; Energetic: You walk with purpose. You don't drag your feet.</li><li>Observant: You see things before customers even ask for it.</li><li>Team Player: You don't say &quot;that's not my job.&quot; You help the waiters and the kitchen wherever needed to make the shift smooth.</li><li>Reliable Transport: Our shifts end late.
