Location: Boisar &amp; Vile ParleOversee HR operations for 800+ employees across plant &amp; HO.<ul><li>Lead recruitment, manpower planning, PMS, training &amp; development.</li><li>Handle salary &amp; wage administration, timekeeping, and personal files.</li><li>Maintain statutory compliance with government departments and labour laws.</li><li>Lead industrial relations, handle union activities (700+ indirect workforce), grievance redressal, and harmonious workforce management.</li><li>Manage audit processes &ndash; technical, ethical, certification, and ISO documentation.</li><li>Supervise HRIS, MIS reports, safety, health, canteen, cr&egrave;che, uniforms, and other welfare facilities as per Factories Act.</li><li>Coordinate internal audits with MR, send regular HR reports to management.</li><li>Provide HR guidance to line managers and senior leadership on recruitment, policy, IR, training, and discipline.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Looking for the candidate with MBA in HR from manufacturing field </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR : 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Boisar, Thane, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
