We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer - Field Services to provide technical support,troubleshooting, and maintenance services for transformers in the field. Under theguidance of the team leader, you will assist customers with on-site technical issues, deliverpost-sales support, and offer expert solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with transformers, including installation,assembly, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of power transformers, as well asstrong leadership skills and the ability to prepare detailed technical reports.Key Responslbllltles<ul><li>Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting related to transformers.</li><li>Perform maintenance, assembly, testing, and installation of transformers.</li><li>Offer technical consultations and recommend solutions to improve performance and</li></ul>reliability.<ul><li>Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with customers, engineers, and field teams to ensure effective problem</li></ul>resolution.<ul><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.</li><li>Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians when necessary.</li></ul>Quallflcatlons &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li></ul>ELECTRIC<ul><li>Proven experience in the maintenance, installation, assembly, testing, and setup of</li></ul>transformers.<ul><li>Strong technical writing skills.</li><li>Leadership skills with experience managing teams or projects.</li><li>Proficiency in utility software and AutoCAD.</li><li>Valid driver's license and availability to travel nationally and internationally.</li><li>Familiarity with industry standards.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Essential experience in power transformer assembly.</li><li>Essential experience in power transformer testing.</li></ul>Level of Experience<ul><li>At least 2-5 years of experience working with transformers.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
