<div>Overview :
In the role of Account Manager, you will be a leader at the center of the action. Responsible for overall site operations and managing a service team that consist of Account Supervisors and Recruiters. You will manage annual revenues between $1 million - $5 million, regularly following up with end-user clients, who work with our associates, and executive-level facility managers to ensure that all strategic goals and objectives are met.

Essential Job Functions
<ul><li>Manage and provide guidance to the service team&rsquo;s daily operations
</li><li>Responsible for actively building and maintaining a strong client relationship
</li><li>Responsible for coaching, training and developing service team members
</li><li>Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure sufficient staff levels, to include the process of interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training
</li><li>Provide guidance or manage associate performance
</li><li>Oversee scheduling, attendance, and shift meetings
</li><li>Payroll approval and processing
</li><li>Trend analysis and financial forecasting
</li><li>Develop and implement a safety program
</li><li>Audit and regularly report on KPIs to ensure all policies are executed in accordance with federal and organizational regulations
</li></ul>Education/Experience
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred
</li><li>3+ years&rsquo; experience managing onsite teams
</li><li>Highly effective personnel and process management skills and techniques
</li><li>Proven skills and knowledge on training, coaching, and performance evaluation
</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
</li><li>Strong communication skills, both oral and written
</li><li>Ability to solve complex problems, including finance
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail
</li></ul>Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
