Job Title: AI Engineer / Developer Relations Location: San Francisco, CA (4 days on-site) Compensation: $180k&ndash;$220k + EquityAbout the RoleAs an AI Engineer / Developer Relations Specialist, your role will be to inspire developers by showcasing what&rsquo;s possible with our platform. You will:<ul><li>Build prototypes and examples for our Cookbook.</li><li>Develop experimental projects such as Fragments or AI Analyst.</li><li>Lead by example &mdash; creating projects that highlight the potential of our tools.</li></ul>This role calls for creativity, speed, and strong product sense. You&rsquo;ll work directly with users, take ownership of projects, and have the freedom to bring ideas from concept to launch, supported by a highly collaborative team.Must-Have Skills<ul><li>3+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on building AI products.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript SDKs.</li><li>Experience with Next.js for lightweight front-end/prototype development.</li><li>Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products and agent building.</li><li>Proven builder mindset &mdash; active GitHub, open source contributions, or notable side projects.</li><li>Prior startup experience (Seed, Series A, or Series B preferred).</li><li>Comfortable working directly with users and iterating quickly on feedback.</li><li>Thrives in fast-paced environments and taking projects from 0 &rarr; 1.</li><li>Excited about the latest trends in AI and developer tools.</li></ul>&#10060; Not a fit if your background is limited to traditional ML models or data pipelines without product-building experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>software engineering, focused on building AI products: 3 years (Required)</li><li>AI/LLM-powered products and agent building: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Python and TypeScript SDKs: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Next.js for front-end development: 2 years (Required)</li><li>startup: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
