Schedule: Full-time, including weekdays and one weekend shift per week</div><div>

We are looking for a mission-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our team, support families, and grow our membership community.</div><div></div><div><br>
RESPONSIBILITIES</div><div><b>
Center Operations &amp; Leadership</b></div><div>
Support the General Manager in daily operations, scheduling, and center performance.</div><div>
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand consistency across the facility.</div><div>
Oversee front desk operations including check-in, parent inquiries, and transactions.</div><div>
Hands-on coaching 5&ndash;10 classes weekly using the curriculum.</div><div>
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating coaching staff.</div><div><b>
Sales &amp; Community Engagement</b></div><div>
Drive lead follow-up, trial conversion, and membership sales.</div><div>
Engage families and create memorable, high-value experiences.</div><div>
Build lasting relationships with families that keep them coming back.</div><div>
Support scheduling and promotion of camps, events, and parties.</div><div>
Represent the center at community events to increase awareness and inquiries.</div><div><b>
Culture &amp; Relationships</b></div><div>
Model core values in every interaction&mdash;with coaches, kids, and parents.</div><div>
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high energy.</div><div>
Provide clear, consistent communication to staff and leadership.</div><div></div><div><br>
REQUIREMENTS</div><div>
Passion for children&rsquo;s development and energetic environments.</div><div>
Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, fitness, or kids&rsquo; services preferred.</div><div>
Strong sales and customer service skills.</div><div>
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.</div><div>
Physically able to participate in active play with kids.</div><div>
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).</div><div>
Preferred: Experience in child development, boutique fitness, or franchise operations.</div><div></div><div><br>
