We are currently hiring an Onsite Supervisor, to support a specific shift or site at one of our largest customers in the area. Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The Onsite Supervisor plays a critical and strategic role in delivering exceptional service to our client and will ensure that we have effective recruiting strategies, engagement processes, and continuous improvement plans, as well as assuring we meet customer quality standards.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:<ul>
<li>Build and maintain good relationships at all levels of the customer&rsquo;s organization and deliver exceptional service by ensuring by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality.</li>
<li>Work with the customer&rsquo;s team to coordinate and forecast staffing requirements.</li>
<li>Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training with employees ensuring they are ready for their assignment.</li>
<li>Perform quality control functions to ensure the customer is satisfied across all levels of their organization.</li>
<li>Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators and use the information to communicate with the customer and identify areas for improvement.</li></ul>

Competencies we value for this role include the ability to be objective, detail-oriented, commitment to continuous improvement, has excellent written and oral communication skills, customer-service oriented, intermediate technology skills including the use of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel), proven, strong organizational skills, an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment and work under pressure. We also prefer someone with a background in Human Resources, Business or a related field and at least 2 years of experience managing 100 employees or more in a metric driven environment.

Onsite Supervisor

<div>Job Summary
We are currently hiring an Onsite Recruiter for our Workforce Solutions team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding and customer service to candidates, associates and client staff at an assigned on-site account. Duties include but are not limited to, making decisions relating to the hiring, placement, discipline, and termination of temporary employees.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:<ul>
<li>Interacts with customers to evaluate and assess the customers&rsquo; staffing needs.</li>
<li>Develops and maintains active recruiting plans to support hiring needs.</li>
<li>Determine and forecast both applicant and hiring needs to meet staffing requirements.</li>
<li>Perform internal and external recruiting activities to meet and exceed the customer&rsquo;s headcount requirements.</li>
<li>Writes job postings to support recruitment needs</li>
<li>Maintains social media activity to support recruiting and engagement needs</li>
<li>Performs recruiting outreach activities to build recruiting relationships and increase candidate flow.</li>
<li>Evaluates and interviews applicants, performs required screening specific to the on-site client.
</li><li>Works to match talent to the most suitable job or department for the on-site customer.</li>
<li>Greet new hires and introduce to customer&rsquo;s supervisors.</li>
<li>May communicate updates on staffing requests and arrivals to client team members.</li>
<li>Process applicants in company system maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy of employee records and files.</li></ul>
Competencies
Competencies we value for this role include ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, customer-service orientation, good skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment. We also desire 2-3 years of similar experience in customer service, staffing, or human resources. HRIS or PeopleSoft experience preferred.

You will provide outstanding human resources and recruiting value, strategic planning consultation, and partnership support with a dedicated customer at their onsite location.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships as you handle customer service inquiries, concerns and issues.</li>
<li>Utilizing your human resources skills forecast staffing needs, then develop and execute recruiting strategies that will meet and exceed our customer&rsquo;s needs.</li>
<li>Participate in partnership reviews with our customer, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators and ensure P&amp;L goals are being met or exceeded.</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison between the customer and our employees, and investigate and document any matters that require intervention.</li>
<li>Enhancing the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders.</li></ul>
