About the role</b></p><p>
The Senior Procurement Analyst is a senior subject matter expert supporting MCC CGM&rsquo;s Policy, Systems, and Training work (an optional task that may be funded full-time or part-time). The role focuses on developing and updating internal guidance, improving acquisition processes, and designing/delivering training for MCC personnel across contracts, federal financial assistance, and interagency agreements.</p><p><b>
Core responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><div>
Draft and update MCC acquisition policies, procedures, SOPs, templates, and manuals (e.g., Contracts Operating Manual, Acquisition Instructions, and grants/cooperative agreements guidance) in coordination with Government reviewers.</div></li><li><div>
Design and deliver training modules and job aids related to contracts, federal financial assistance, interagency agreements, procurement innovation, and CGM operations.</div></li><li><div>
Analyze impacts of regulatory/policy changes and translate requirements into practical implementation guidance for the CGM workforce.</div></li><li><div>
Support internal/external audit and review response packages, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.</div></li><li><div>
Provide reach-back support to the Site Director and acquisition staff during peak workload periods or special projects.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Minimum qualifications (required)</b></p><ul><li><div>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree AND 24 semester hours in business-related fields (e.g., accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, etc.).</div></li><li><div>
Experience: 8+ years of direct Federal contracting experience, including at least 1 year of specialized experience comparable to the GS-14 level.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to obtain/maintain MCC fitness determination (Public Trust) and MCC Photo ID Badge.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Preferred qualifications</b></p><ul><li><div>
FAC-C (Professional) or DAWIA Contracting (Professional) (or comparable NCMA CFCM/CPCM).</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated experience authoring acquisition policy and delivering training (virtual/in-person); strong facilitation and writing skills.</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with MCC tool environment (SharePoint, Oracle CLM, FPDS, Power BI) and acquisition innovation techniques.</div></li></ul></div>

About the role</b></p><p>
The Procurement Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to the acquisition team, ensuring complete and well-organized records, timely routing and distribution of documents, and smooth coordination of invoice and reporting workflows.</p><p><b>
Core responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><div>
Maintain accurate physical and electronic files; support proper record management of CGM files in Microsoft SharePoint and other designated systems.</div></li><li><div>
Perform administrative coordination and liaison duties with acquisition staff, program teams, and external vendors; support scheduling, correspondence, and document distribution.</div></li><li><div>
Interface with MCC accounts payable agents and internal stakeholders to help ensure invoices are processed promptly and supporting documentation is complete.</div></li><li><div>
Research and assemble information for reports, briefings, and meetings; maintain special records, trackers, and logs.</div></li><li><div>
Provide office automation support using common productivity tools (word processing, calendars, spreadsheets, scanning, briefing/presentation tools).</div></li><li><div>
Assist the MCC Director of Policy, Systems, and Training with the MCC FAC-COR/PM Program as assigned.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Minimum qualifications (required)</b></p><ul><li><div>
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.</div></li><li><div>
Experience: 4+ years of Federal contracting or administrative support experience, including at least 1 year of specialized experience comparable to the GS-7 level.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to obtain/maintain MCC fitness determination (Public Trust) and MCC Photo ID Badge.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Preferred qualifications</b></p><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (any field) or 24 semester hours in business-related fields.</div></li><li><div>
Strong SharePoint proficiency and attention to detail; professional communications and customer service mindset.</div></li><li><div>
Experience supporting acquisition offices with invoice workflow coordination and file management.</div></li></ul></div>
