The IT, mobile, and digital revolution gave us the energy to create a collaborative work culture and deliver excellent service.Position: Outreach Intern Location: Work From Home Type: 3 months Internship Reports To: Outreach ManagerKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Task Understanding: Grasp the requirements and tasks assigned by the team lead to ensure effective execution.</li><li>Blog Identification: Research and identify quality blogs that meet specific metrics and criteria for outreach.</li><li>Outreach Execution: Reach out to bloggers, negotiate terms, and finalize partnerships within budget constraints.</li><li>Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and bloggers to foster ongoing collaboration.</li><li>Community Growth: Engage and onboard new active bloggers to our platform, educating them on its features and benefits.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SEO tools, digital marketing trends, and industry developments to enhance outreach strategies.</li><li>Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily and monthly outreach targets set by the team.</li><li>Creative Input: Bring innovative ideas and suggestions to improve outreach processes and efficiency.</li><li>Team Support: collaborate with colleagues as needed to achieve team goals.</li><li>Reporting: Document and report daily activities and outreach results to the manager.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Candidates must be from Tamil Nadu and with good English communication skills.</li><li>Eligible candidates should be pursuing or have completed UG/PG programs in technology, marketing, finance, management, or related fields.</li><li>Must possess a personal laptop.</li><li>Should have good basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.</li><li>Completion of SEO-related courses will be considered an added advantage.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in negotiation and relationship management.</li><li>Interest: Genuine interest in digital marketing, SEO, and influencer outreach.</li><li>Proactivity: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and results-oriented.</li><li>Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, blogging, and SEO tools is a plus.</li></ul>After three months, a full-time job will be offered based on your performance.Why Join Us?Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and outreach strategies.Work in a collaborative and supportive environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
