If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the challenge of finding the right person for the right role, and take real pride in building something that matters &mdash; read on.WHAT YOU'LL OWN:<ul><li>Drive full-cycle caregiver recruitment &mdash; job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing</li><li>Own the HR onboarding process end-to-end: documentation, background checks, certifications, compliance &mdash; done right, every time</li><li>Lead new hire orientations and training programs that actually prepare caregivers to succeed in the field</li><li>Maintain personnel files and ensure ongoing compliance with state and agency regulations</li><li>Support employee relations, HR policy implementation, and performance tracking</li><li>Partner directly with corporate leadership on recruitment strategy and continuous improvement</li><li>Be the go-to HR resource for both office staff and caregivers</li></ul>WHAT YOU BRING:<ul><li>Experience in HR, recruitment, or staffing &mdash; home care or healthcare background is a major plus</li><li>A strong grasp of recruitment strategy and HR onboarding best practices</li><li>Communication skills that are sharp, clear, and people-first</li><li>A &quot;Whatever it takes&quot; attitude</li><li>The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball &mdash; because in home care, the ball matters</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment platforms</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish?
