As an Aircraft Engine Mechanic, you&rsquo;ll maintain, repair, and overhaul aircraft engines, modules, and components to assure compliance with established company standards, contractual obligations and airworthiness regulatory requirements. Performs technical troubleshooting using mechanical ability and product knowledge. Cross trains in other complementary skills as needed to support production requirements.
What you'll do:
<ul><li>Perform disassembly and/or assembly of engines, modules, and components in accordance with customer work scopes, manufacturer&rsquo;s instructions, and other approved technical data.
</li><li>Troubleshoot to identify problems, perform required adjustments, and repair products according to manufacturer&rsquo;s instructions and established procedures.
</li><li>Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and other relevant documentation necessary for repair and overhaul of customer&rsquo;s engines.
</li><li>Use tools, fixtures, gauges, plant equipment and consumables necessary to carry out assembly and disassembly tasks as required.
</li><li>Verify serviceability, conformity, and compatibility of replacement parts used for assembly and ensure documentation is in compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
</li><li>Provide records and maintain proper documentation of work performed in accordance with regulatory and company procedure.
</li><li>Assure that only airworthy equipment is available for the safe and timely completion of customer's engines, modules, components and assemblies.
</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement of cell processes and company procedures.
</li><li>Observe all applicable safety requirements and report immediately any unsafe practices/conditions.
</li><li>Adhere to all company established policies and procedures.
</li><li>Learn complementary skills in other areas as necessary.

</li></ul>Position Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and other technical information required for the assembly/disassembly of engines.
</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (assisted) for approximately 25% of the average work day.
</li><li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods and use stands and ladders as required.
</li><li>High degree of mechanical aptitude, and accuracy and precision with work performed.
</li><li>Knowledgeable and proficient in the correct use of precision measuring equipment.
</li><li>Ability to follow and understand related company instructions and procedures, adhere to original equipment manufacturer's manuals, and interpret technical data required for engine processing.
</li><li>Specialized training or experience in engineering or aircraft maintenance (AME, A&amp;P, AMT); or equivalent. (Preferred)
</li><li>Experience as an aircraft mechanic in an aerospace environment. (Preferred)
</li><li>Ability to work day shift, second shift, and overtime as required to meet company needs.
</li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

As an Aircraft Engine Mechanic, you&rsquo;ll maintain, repair, and overhaul aircraft engines, modules, components and accessories to assure compliance with established company standards, contractual obligations and airworthiness regulatory requirements. What you&rsquo;ll do:
Follow all required standards in the performance of assigned work displaying appropriate competencies in accordance with FAA Regulations, OEM manuals, and related materials. Incumbent is required to meet all training requirements set out in a separate, but specific Training Matrices chart for each job. Duties include but not limited to the following:
<ul><li>Conducts necessary troubleshooting and/or repair (either on or off wing) on turbine engines.
</li><li>Disassembly and assembly of various models of turbine engines according to sequence utilizing aircraft tools, balance machines, surface grinders, drill presses, and other equipment for repair and/or overhaul.
</li><li>Receives engine parts to conduct inspections using precision measuring tools in order to detect physical defects such as cracks, burns, foreign object damages, proper screws and structure deviations.
</li><li>Evaluates engine parts to determine which parts are repairable or unrepairable; refers to micrometers and other precision-measurement tests to determine further routing to other destinations or to scrap parts.
</li><li>Inspect aircraft engine parts to determine and/or perform NDT requirements.
</li><li>Utilizes applicable database system in order to retrieve information regarding parts inventory, manufacturing models, serial numbers, and/or other pertinent information to ensure proper documentation.
</li><li>Refers to technical publications, specification sheets and/or other regulatory requirements in order to ensure that all tasks have been completed in proper sequence and required signed-off.
</li><li>Customer contact and travel (up to 25% of the time) may be required.
</li>General facility cleaning and maintenance.

</li></ul>Position Requirements:
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>1 - 5 years or more experience in gas turbine engine/components maintenance and repair.
</li><li>FAA Airframe and Power Plant license required or must be acquired within 1 year of job award.
</li><li>Previous engine maintenance experience in the aerospace field on turbine engines.
</li><li>Computer literacy skills are required.
</li><li>Must be able to read, interpret and understand technical manuals, work specifications and written work instructions, ability to read micrometers and other precision-measuring instruments.
</li><li>Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally with pers, clients, and public.
</li><li>Ability to work well with co-workers and peers.
</li><li>Maintenance of regular attendance and punctuality with customary tolerance.
</li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Engine maintenance experience on Honeywell, Rolls Royce and/or Pratt and Whitney experience preferred.

As a Quality Analyst, Sr you will participate in quality activities of the business unit in order to improve the processes, procedures, methods and materials used in the repair and overhaul of aero-engines, components and other related processes to ensure product quality is maintained while striving for continuous improvements. This includes creation and facilitation of CAR, performing and participating in Internal and External Audits, leading and participating in incident investigations, reviewing and creating process improvements, reviewing and updating work instructions and developing tools to help ensure compliance to required technical and regulatory processes and procedures.
What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul><li>Continuously monitor quality data (warranty, product rectification, customer satisfaction, etc.) for improvement opportunities across the business unit. Work with the business unit strategic group to select, manage, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
</li><li>Assist in the maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree by which the business unit&rsquo;s quality goals, objectives and standards are being met.
</li><li>Participate in the business unit quality audits and corrective action process by providing training, facilitation, recommendations and leadership, as required, to achieve optimal results.
</li><li>Monitor, review and conduct sub-contractor audits in liaison with supplier development.
</li><li>Interface with marketing, operations and engineering to establish quality requirements on individual products and services on the basis of customer needs, the fit, form and function of the product, and to ensure that quality considerations are properly addressed as early as possible in the product or process design stage.
</li><li>Monitor warranty procedures including investigation, root-cause, corrective action and follow-up to ensure that continuous improvement is occurring.
</li>Analyze, evaluate, and present information concerning factors such as business situations, production capabilities, remanufacturing problems, statistical trends, and proposed process changes.

</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Must be certified in AS9100, or AS9110 or ISO 9001
</li><li>5 years work experience in Quality Assurance or equivalent
</li><li>5 years work experience in quality methodologies for implementation in support of business unit strategic initiatives.
</li><li>3 years work experience in PowerBI and Microsoft suites
</li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Aerospace Engineering or similar technical field of Study or equivalent experience.

Summary:
As an IT Security Analyst position is a critical role in protecting StandardAero&rsquo;s business and technology operations. In this role you will be accountable in securing the enterprise technology and operations against an ever evolving and growing threat landscape. The role is an integral position in supporting StandardAero&rsquo;s global cyber-security defenses, providing tactical cyber security objectives and implementing the security strategy across the organization.
What you&rsquo;ll do :
<ul><li>Conduct risk and security assessments, including vulnerability analysis, threat detection, and risk mitigation across enterprise systems.
</li><li>Support internal and external security audits, including remediation activities and compliance documentation.
</li><li>Investigate, analyze, and document security incidents, performing root cause analysis and coordinating incident response and forensic support.
</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, networks, applications, and global IT environments.
</li><li>Design, implement, administer, and maintain cybersecurity technologies (e.g., Endpoint Protection, IDS/IPS, SIEM, MFA, DLP, Email/Web Security, NAC).
