 Overall Scope
 
 
 
 Under the general direction of the Finance Manager &ndash; Engineered Solutions, the Financial Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational information to support executive decision‑making. This role partners closely with operations, sales, and division finance to drive performance improvement, cost control, and strategic planning across the business.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities And Duties
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide financial reporting and analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with sales and operational leaders to deliver in‑depth financial analysis, modeling, and insights that support business initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze financial and operational data to provide recommendations that improve margins, cost efficiency, and overall performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and enhance BI dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform month‑end close activities, including journal entries and preparation of management reporting packages
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct cost analysis related to materials, labor, overhead, and production variances
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing executive‑level summary analytics
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, maintain, and optimize reports within financial planning software
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as assigned
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Three or more years of accounting or financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high‑quality work
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a hands‑on, team‑oriented environment; strong work ethic required
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) and financial consolidation/planning tools (e.g., Oracle)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with BI tools such as Power BI

The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a fast paced environment. This role works closely with managers, buyers, and vendors across multiple locations to ensure proper approvals, resolve discrepancies, and support month end close, and audit activities. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and maintains the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
 
Specific Duties include:

<li>Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests for appropriate payment approval</li>
<li>Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices</li>
<li>Sort, code and match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents</li>
<li>Enter invoice for payment manually and using AI</li>
<li>Work with managers and buyers from multiple locations to obtain timely approvals</li>
<li>Process employee expense reports in compliance with company policy</li>
<li>Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor inquiries and payment issues</li>
<li>Reconcile vendor statements and verify vendor account balances monthly</li>
<li>Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits</li>
<li>Assist with month end closing</li>
<li>Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and organizational information</li>
