Customer Care Representative 
Hybrid/Onsite: Palmyra, WI | Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Training will be conducted onsite in Palmyra, WI. After the training period there is an opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule.

What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>

As a member of our Customer Care team, you&rsquo;ll be the helpful and knowledgeable point of contact for customers and potential customers. In this role, you will:
<ul>
<li>Receive and process product and literature orders by phone and email
</li>
<li>Refer patients to Health Care Professionals within our network
</li>
<li>Answer basic product information questions and assist with website navigation
</li>
<li>Resolve customer issues including shipping delays, order errors, and missing packages
</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer account records
</li>
<li>Support sales and marketing initiatives through product and literature promotions
</li>
<li>Transfer calls to internal teams or field sales representatives as needed
</li>
<li>Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless service
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Bring</h3>

Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required
</li>
<li>At least one year of customer service experience preferred
</li>
<li>Call center experience is a plus
</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
</li>

<li>Active listening and strong problem-solving abilities
</li>
<li>Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
</li>
<li>Proficient typing skills, including 10-key
</li>
<li>Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
</li>

<li>Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions with tact and professionalism
</li>
<li>Reliability and punctuality in a team-based setting
