As the first hire in this position, you will be responsible for creating the foundation of our sales and business development efforts, shaping how we build relationships in the market, and setting the tone for future growth. The right candidate will thrive in a startup environment, comfortable wearing many hats, building processes from the ground up, and taking ownership of results.Standard Title &amp; Escrow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships with real estate agents and lenders, as well as maintaining and expanding existing relationships.
